Delivery & Timing

purpl orders: Free delivery on 8+ cases throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Southern Maine, and Southern Vermont. Smaller orders — warehouse pickup or parcel shipment (USPS, UPS, FedEx), billed at cost.
Lavender Fields orders: Free delivery on orders of $250 or more in those areas; smaller orders by pickup or parcel.
Ordering both: purpl and Lavender Fields combine — free delivery once you reach 8 cases of purpl or $250 total, in one drop.
Other areas are served via scheduled routes or parcel shipping. Please allow 7 business days lead time for delivery.

Wholesale Terms

Payment: Net 30 days from invoice date. A 2% monthly finance charge may apply to late payments.
Delivery — purpl: Free on 8+ cases throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Southern Maine, and Southern Vermont; smaller orders by warehouse pickup or parcel (billed at cost).
Delivery — Lavender Fields: Free on orders of $250 or more in those areas; smaller orders by pickup or parcel.
Delivery — both together: purpl and Lavender Fields combine — free once you reach 8 cases of purpl or $250 total. Other areas served via scheduled routes or parcel.
Lead Time: Please allow 7 business days for delivery.
Damaged/Short Shipments: Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours of receipt.
Pricing: We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
