1. Who We Are

Pumpkin Blossom Farm LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the wholesale ordering platform for purpl beverages and Lavender Fields products. Our platform is available exclusively to approved retail accounts.

2. What We Collect

When you apply for or use a wholesale account, we collect the following information:

  • Business name and store type
  • Contact name, email address, and phone number
  • Business address and delivery location(s)
  • Order history, invoice records, and product preferences

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or any other payment credentials on our systems. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill wholesale orders
  • Issue invoices and send order confirmations
  • Communicate about your account, deliveries, or outstanding balances
  • Send occasional marketing emails about new products and promotions

Retailers may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying to any marketing email or by contacting us directly at graham@pumpkinblossomfarm.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications related to your orders or account.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud Platform), a secure, industry-standard cloud database. Access is restricted to authorized Pumpkin Blossom Farm staff only. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond operating this wholesale platform.

We retain account data for as long as your wholesale relationship is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or accounting obligations.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Ever.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
