These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Pumpkin Blossom Farm wholesale ordering platform. This platform is available exclusively to approved wholesale accounts. By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you are an authorized representative of an approved retail account and agree to these terms.
All wholesale sales are made on Net 30 payment terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are issued by Pumpkin Blossom Farm LLC and are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Late or unpaid invoices are subject to follow-up by Pumpkin Blossom Farm. Accounts with consistently overdue balances may have their wholesale access suspended or terminated.
Orders placed through the wholesale portal are treated as requests until confirmed by Pumpkin Blossom Farm. Submission of an order does not constitute a binding agreement until you receive confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to adjust quantities, substitute products, or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory limitations, delivery constraints, or account standing. We will notify you of any material changes before fulfillment.
We accept the following forms of payment:
No refunds will be issued on confirmed wholesale orders except in cases of damaged or defective product (see Section 5). All sales are final once an order has been confirmed and fulfilled.
If you receive damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and photos of the affected product and packaging.
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, issue a replacement shipment or a credit toward a future order. We are not able to process claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery.

Pumpkin Blossom Farm LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale access for any account at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination may include non-payment, misuse of the platform, misrepresentation, or other conduct inconsistent with our wholesale program.
Upon termination, any outstanding invoices remain due and payable in accordance with their original terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the wholesale platform shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.
